For making eyes twinkle and bright, take some warm water and add salt in it and wash the eyes with it. Take warm water in a tub with salt in it and keep your feet at least for half an hour in it.

Beauty vanishes with growing age if it is not taken care properly. Those who care for themselves stay young and look younger than their age for long time. In today’s busy era, women seem frustrated, stressed with mental pressures and tired as they cannot find a single moment for themselves. Taking care for their face and hair seems to be their last priority. Besides this, due to inflation, everyone wants to spend less on anything. For this reason, today we are telling you some easy and cheap remedies for gaining beauty and protecting your skin which are easily available and there is no need to buy cosmetics of thousands of rupees from market. The package for your beauty is lying in your kitchen by using which you can attain your desired beauty.

Tea: Soak cotton in cold tea and put it on eyes to get rid of burning eyes. Likewise, store used tea bag in refrigerator and use daily at night like eye pad, it will comfort the eyes. Tea is also beneficial for hair. Put two liters of water in used tea; boil and then strain it. After shampooing, rinse the hair with that water to get shine in hair.

Cauliflower: Boil cauliflower in water. Now cool the water and then wash your face with it to get freshness and glow.

Carrot: Carrot is perfect for dry and sensitive skin. Boil some carrots and mash them and use on face as mask. Take one table spoon of yeast powder, one table spoon of lemon juice, one table spoon of carrot juice and one table spoon of almond or olive oil and mix it in half table spoon of yogurt and put on face for at least 15 minutes. Then wash the face with warm water.

Egg: Egg is beneficial for our skin and hair. If you have wrinkles under your eyes then put egg’s white part and wash with cold water once it is dried. Repeat it every alternate day. The wrinkles will start vanishing within one month. For dead and dull skin, make a paste by adding milk and basin in an egg and apply it on face for half an hour and then wash the face. It will bring a glow and also close the pores. Egg is the perfect hair conditioner. Take two eggs and add one table spoon of amla and one spoon of sika kai and apply on hair and shampoo after half an hour.

Yogurt: After washing your face, apply yogurt and after 15 minutes, wash face with warm water. Before applying shampoo in hair, massage hair with yogurt to make hair look fine and bright.

Peas: Mash peas and take 4 to 6 table spoons of it and add 1/4th table spoon of lemon juice and 2 table spoons of rose water and leave it to stand for half hour. Then apply on face for 15 minutes and wash face with warm water.

Potato: For cleansing of face, especially for burnt or dead skin, potato is considered to be very beneficial. Often there are dark spots or marks on face, by massaging those affected parts with potato, they go away. Put potato in refrigerator for some time and then cut round pieces of it and put on eyes to get rid of all tiredness. For cleaning of face, grind the potatoes and add one table spoon of lemon juice, oat flour and some milk in it to apply on face as a beneficial mask.

Orange: Take 2 table spoons of orange peel powder, 2 table spoons of oat flour and 2 table spoons of any cold cream and mix these ingredients and apply on face. When it starts drying, then clean it by rubbing hands on face and wash face with warm water to get fair and glowing complexion. 

Oat flour: Take 2 table spoons of oat flour and add 2 table spoons of yogurt or fresh cream in it and apply on face and massage lightly with hands. Then wash your face. If your skin is dry then add two table spoons of oat flour in one table spoon of almond or olive oil to massage on face and wash with warm water. Your face will glow.

Turnip: 50 grams of turnip and 50 grams of carrot to be boiled and mashed. Now add 25 ml of milk in it and when it starts drying, then clean the face by rubbing with hands and wash face.

Honey: If you want to get soft and glowing skin then apply honey on face. If your skin is oily then take white part of egg and add two table spoons of honey in it to apply on face. If one spoon of honey is added in water used for bath, it will keep you away from obesity.
